Asosiasi Daur Ulang Plastik Indonesia (The Indonesian Plastic Recycling Association/ADUPI) is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 as a forum for gathering, building networks and sharing knowledge between practitioners and the plastic recycling industry throughout Indonesia to be able to synergize to form an ecosystem chain that is organized from upstream (collectors, waste banks, scavengers) to downstream (industrial). ADUPI has more than 500 members consisting of various parties, including companies, NGOs, local governments, the central government, and academics who are connected to each other. ADUPI is supporting several companies with their EPR activities. For example, the “Le Minerale National Circular Economy Movement Project”.
